Boston Public Library | Published Wedding | The Knot Boston

The current issue of The Knot | Fall/Winter 2010 | is featuring a Boston Public Library wedding we shot last year! Cudos to Kristen Weiss of I Thee Wed (Deborah & Jay’s wedding consultant), it was a pleasure working with her as always! The design of the wedding was styled so as to not overtake the grandeur of the venue, but to let it stand out. We loved the fact that the green reading lamps were a key feature at dinner! Also Suzanne B. Lowell Lighting Design came in and added the right touch of light to accent the Library’s magnificient details but not to overpower the look and feel of the rooms.

Just wanted to share a photo that is appearing now on AOL’s newest wedding website, AisleDash.com. Maria’s photo was used for a story on Creative Ceremony Seating. AisleDash.com just launched in mid-march and is a new online destination resource for brides-to-be to help them throughout the planning process by giving real-life advice.

Having a wedding featured in Grace Ormonde’s Wedding Style Magazine is always special. And having this wedding featured in the 2010 New England Issue was just as sweet! Earlier this month I blogged about Jessica and Scott’s wedding on Cape Cod and it was fantastic to see it actually in print! And seriously guys, the Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream surprise brought in at the end of the wedding was a super cool touch!

Maybe you will be a prospective or occasional fan roped into signing up because another friend on Facebook told you to (really, that’s OK with us). Grace Ormonde Weddings | Soon to be Published | Coffee Table Book

Just caught a glimpse of one of my photos that Grace Ormonde |Wedding Style Magazine| choose to use in her soon to be launched coffee table book. Maria was checking out another photographer’s blog (the becker) and recognized my photo from one of our shoots we did with Grace last year. I have known about Grace’s book for some time now, and she has definitely poured her heart and soul into creating it. So needless to say I am super excited about seeing the finished product and of course, having my work published in this uber cool book.
